Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by email or phone with proper proof/images of the issue.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging condition.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Customized or cut fabrics are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
